Individuals will lend support to the Project Executive. Successful Project Engineers will have initiative, flexibility, and determination to perform their duties. Project activities change daily as the construction of the project proceeds. Example of some of the duties performed by the Project Engineer include acting as the liaison between the owner, architect, engineers, and subcontractors; process administrative work (order changes, submittals, drawings, and billing); interpretation of drawings, specification and field issues; and material and equipment procurement. Individuals must have 4 or more years experience as a Project Engineer working in construction, along with a degree in engineering construction management and/or architecture.
