This includes leading and/or participating in cross-functional teams to: diagnose and scope large scale organizational effectiveness issues, develop credible hypotheses to be tested, collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data, generate meaningful solutions, make actionable recommendations, and enable clear implementation plans. This position is part of a team that provides sophisticated organizational effectiveness assessments and support to HR Relationship Leaders, Senior Business leaders and key contacts from all support functions (Finance, Technologies, etc.). Types of projects might include re-designing department organization structures, advising on governance models, assessing functional capability and merger integration (from a human capital perspective). Required Qualifications This position requires 5-10 years organization design/change management experience. This position also requires demonstrated consulting and project management skills and experience. Applicants must show a demonstrated ability to conduct meaningful analysis and to generate relevant, actionable business solutions. Strong, clear written and oral communications are necessary. This position will work with a wide range of groups across the Blue Box; therefore this position requires proven collaboration and relationship building skills. A strong work ethic with an intense will to win and demonstrated personal excellence are mandatory. External consulting experience is required. A business degree is preferred.
