AutoReqId 50095BR Job Family SALES Job Category Full-Time Job Classification Experienced Division Pharmaceutical Products Shift First Job Description This Humira sales force Representative will be focusing on the Dermatology market. The responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to: account management, key opinion leader development, advocate development, and increasing market penetration of Humira in both the institutional and community settings. In this market, representatives will be responsible for increasing sales of Humira to Dermatologists through effective territory management and sales execution. Candidate must have highly developed selling skills and persuasive abilities; ability to identifying with the customer and be someone the customer wants to interact with ; appropriately and effectively utilize available resources to drive sales with key customers; develop and implement creative strategies in key accounts; provide presentations and sponsor programs to expand the knowledge of health care professionals; ability to articulate and use clinical data to create a compelling reason to use Humira including ability to sell in the comparative; prior experience calling on Dermatologists appreciated; experience in specialty sales account management, advocate development and key opinion leader development., as appropriate; individual must posses integrity and positive attitude to adapt to changing business environment. The position is headquartered in Syracuse, New York and includes Binghamton, Utica, Watertown and surrounding areas. Skills/Experience Requirements . Abbott candidates must have a minimum of 2-3 years of successful Abbott Primary Care sales experience or 2 years of successful Abbott Specialty Sales experience or a combination of both. All candidates may also have equivalent experience obtained pre-Abbott employment. . Candidates must have finished in the top 1/3 of their business for 2 of the past 3 business years. (Or be able to explain a legitimate business reason why they were prevented from doing so.). . Candidates must be able to demonstrate superior performance in the area of Strategic Account Management defined as the ability to set successful account management strategies and drive those strategies to successful completion. . Successful experience with managed care, specialty physicians, and institutional markets including Hospitals, VA and DOD accounts is a plus. . Dermatology selling experience is a plus. . Biologic experience is a plus.
