Apply to this position Description McNeil Consumer Healthcare, a member of Johnson & Johnson’s Family of Companies, is recruiting for a Manager of R&D Compliance, located in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania. McNeil Consumer Healthcare Division of McNeil-PPC, Inc. markets a broad range of over-the-counter products around the globe. McNeil Consumer Healthcare is most widely recognized for the complete line of TYLENOL acetaminophen products, the leading pain reliever brand in the adult and pediatric categories. The TYLENOL product line consists of hundreds of products across a variety of pain categories. Other brands include IMODIUM A-D anti-diarrheal, which is marketed in more than 60 countries, ST. JOSEPH Adult Regimen Aspirin and MOTRIN IB. The Manager of R&D Compliance is responsible for the activities and quality systems necessary to ensure that R&D functions are operating in full compliance with sound scientific practice, Current Good Manufacturing Practices, company policies and standard operating procedures. These activities will include, but are not limited to: D project teams as the Compliance representative, participation internal assessments, coordination/participation in regulatory inspections; quality review and approval of equipment/instrument qualifications. Qualifications A minimum a Bachelors Degree in a scientific discipline and 10 years of relatable experience or a Masters Degree in a scientific discipline with a minimum of 6 years relatable experience are required. Any QA or regulatory compliance certifications would be a plus. Must have a thorough knowledge of cGMP regulations in both laboratory and manufacturing functions, along with experience in an FDA regulated environment. Must be able to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously. Must be flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities. Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills are required. Previous management or leadership experience is preferred. Knowledge of GCP/GLP and medical device regulations, as well as contract facility audit experience would be a plus.
