Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems, Inc., a member of Johnson & Johnsons Family of Companies, is recruiting for a Senior Analyst, Acute Care Contract Load & Maintenance, located in Piscataway, NJ. Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems Inc. (JJHCS) provides account management and customer support services to key health care customers, including hospital systems and group purchasing organizations, leading health plans, pharmacy benefit managers, and government health care institutions. The company also provides contract management, logistics and supply chain functions for the major Johnson & Johnson franchises. Design, develop, and deliver technical and/or process solutions for key strategic projects within CSM as member of a project team; or as lead of limited scope projects, to specified requirements on schedule and within budget following department methodologies. This role will engage in every aspect of the project managment cycle; from interaction with key business partners to identify needs and participate in planning discussions, to implementation and project close-out. A solution-oriented self-starter with the ability to manage project milestones, collaborate cross functionally, effectively communicate technical information to non-technical people, gather requirements, write specifications and develop solutions will excel in this role. The ability to gain acceptance to proceed with recommendations as well as ensure customer expectations are met is essential. This person will be developing solutions in a complex contracting environment working with multiple legacy contracting systems, Cognos Tools and other web-based applications. Perform analysis, design, implementation and training activities for contracting department solutions under minimal direction. Work independently and participate on assignments/projects of limited to high complexity. Collaborate with internal and external business partners to devise or modify processes and procedures to solve complex problems and generate improved business results. Provide written and verbal communication such as status reports, metrics, progress reports to Management and business partners. Demonstrate an understanding of business partner needs and manage business partner satisfaction relative to deliverables.
Qualifications Bachelors degree required and must be obtained between July 2006 and August of 2007. Concentration in Finance, Accounting, IT Operations or Business Administration preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience in an analytical or technical area (Finance, Sales Contracting, Information Management) is required.
Professional experience working with Cognos Impromptu or Report*net preferred. Experience with Managed Markets Contracting and CARS/IS preferred Excellent skill with Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Word, Access) is required. Experience with Visual Basic, SQL Server scripts, Microsoft Project is preferred.
