Outside I don't warm up - but perhaps I should Last Sunday I arttempted
where a crux that was right off the ground at my trad leading limit. Poped
off a couple of times and pulled something in my hand on one of them. Now
I'm "out" for a few weeks. I had climbed earlier -but not within the last
hour or more.
Inside I usually lead two easy routes before I challenge myself.
