Subject: ASRock MicroATX Motherboard Success Stories?

Hi all-
I'm considering building a microATX system that I've sourced at NewEgg
primarily as a fun little project initially and then perhaps as my
primary web, samba, NFS, etc server. Its gonna replace an aging P4.
The motherboard
is at http://www.newegg.com/product/product.asp?item=N82E16813157116 and
is a ASrock ALiveNF7G-HDready AM2 NVIDIA GeForce 7050.
I don't know much about these boards having never bought one; but I like
the set of features. I will probably add two drives via a 3ware card or
using the hardware RAID controller on the motherboard. I'd like to know
if anyone has ever used the on-board RAID with Debain Etch or Ubuntu 7.10
and if folks have had any problems with the NIC in it.
It won't do sound and it won't do X so I don't really care about those
things for this system. It got very good reviews at NewEgg; but I'm
always curious if anyone has used the board.
Thanks for any cautionary notes, successes, or anything inbetween.
