Just watched the charming and endearing film "Mrs Brown You've Got a Lovely Daughter". What a wonderfully cute '60's film, with loads of backdrops of London of that era. But I didn't know the title song of the film was about a greyhound! You learn something every day etc...... -- Posted via a free Usenet account from http://www.teranews.com

Its a sobering thought I guess, but if you talk to a youngster about the '60's now, it would be the same as somebody much older trying to have a conversation with you when you were a youngster about the 1920's. Maybe that's why they're not that interested:-) -- Posted via a free Usenet account from http://www.teranews.com

Maybe that's why they're not that interested:-) Very true. I have some quite interesting conversations with my almost- three-year-old grandson - but not about what Grandad did in the 60s. -- Martin S.
