No one is even looking at why the guy was stuck at the airport. No one is looking into why the mother was told to go back to Kamloops (significant drive) and they didn't even look for the guy before doing so. Canada Customs was probably too busy collecting GST to notice a man loitering in a so called "secured" area and could have just approached him and asked if he needed help. All the guy or his mother (2 people) is for one airport person to CARE. NO ONE in the Vancouver airport cared that night. But clearly the RCMP are taser happy. Another new RCMP BC taser related death: http://afp.google.com/article/ALeqM5iQp9AiPFhnRBQzgeSh2Yn4ZNvJBQ My suspicion is if your in ace physical condition, not to much conductivity in your skin a taser is safe. But get into 35+ years of age, a little salt conducting perspiration and the current levels go up and some people could dye from it. They need to treat tasers just like firearms.
