Government of Canada and Bank of Canada makes richer richer and poor poorer and gets more tax dollars too. Think, as the dollar sinks look at the coffers of Ottawa to filleth over with increases in fuel and GST taxes. All at the cost of middle and lower class Canadians that don't see how this works.
