Just got the advert message below from Amazon.ca. I am boycotting them.
The US price for the identical item is $37.39. $61.95/37.39 is a 65%
premium over US pricing for Canada.

Buy via Amazon in the U.S., pay the U.S. price, or since this is a common
book, get a U.S. friend to buy it at a bookstore,
and have it sent to you.
No one says you're required to use Amazon.ca.
At that price difference, I wouldn't buy through Amazon.ca
Better yet, buy through fleaBay.
