Sure they do, through higher rents. That's the same math and logic that the old Indian Chief used when being accused of asking the taxpayer for more money. he claimed he wasn't asking them , it was federal funds he was after. I'd like to think that renters aren't that stupid but maybe they are. They sure are in NB.
