Scope of work/responsibilities: We are seeking a Sr. Business Analyst to join our client's IT team. Candidate will be responsible for the application design and delivery of new value-added solutions based on a combination of process skills and broad industry knowledge. Individual will: 1) deal with complex applications, produce high quality deliverables with little or no referral to management; 2) analyze and design new business processes; and 3) work with the Enterprise Architect and other planners to assess current capabilities and identify areas of improvement/enhancements. Required skills/qualifications: To be considered for this role, candidates must have 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst. Individual will be skilled in creating Business Processes, Requirements Specification, identifying/defining/consolidating Use Cases, creating Create Gap Impact Analysis, and defining Application Metrics.
