Scope of work/responsibilities: We are seeking a Change Management Lead to assist our client in planning, managing, and facilitating the adoption of new or improved processes and/or procedures and tools across projects managed by their Project Management Office. As a CM Lead, individual will be responsible for assessing human impacts of new solutions, design and implementing Organization Change Management programs that accelerate the adoption of new behaviors and lead to the realization of planned business benefits. Critical to success is partnering with project team members and engaging the business in defining, implementing and adopting new ways of working. As the Prime for Change Management, candidate will plan the work for his/her area of accountability and then manage the day-to-day activities that contribute to the delivery of Organization Change Management (OCM) programs.
