Position: Recruitment Specialists Opening(s): 2 Permanent Positions Location: Lower Mainland, Vancouver, (BC) Salary: Negotiable based on qualifications and experience Start Date: ASAP "Making recruitment simple" is our mission statement. We recruit and place Information Technology (IT), Technical, and Management professionals on a contract/project and full-time, permanent basis. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will analyze and research diverse client resource requirements for contract and permanent Information Technology (IT) / Technical professionals: - Develop postings and advertising strategies to target and recruit exceptional candidates for our clients' requirements - Identify appropriate recruiting websites, utilize applicant tracking applications, contact management solutions, recruiting tools, etc. to source and manage candidates - Manage tight recruitment deadlines with the ability to deliver qualified candidates within a 24 hour turn around cycle - Screen, assess, short list, and interview candidates based on our clients' specific criteria: technical skills, experience, soft skills, project experience, etc. - Assess, coach and prepare candidates for client interviews, and facilitate "hiring process" - Conduct reference checks, obtain security clearances, prepare offers as per negotiations, and provide proposal support of RFP, RFI, and EOI responses - Develop a referral network of candidates for "in demand" / hard-to-fill positions, maintain roster of qualified resources, and build and maintain candidates relationships Our work environment is open, dynamic and agile, offering opportunities for both professional and personal growth.
