Another great example of our federal government gouging the shit out of
us and not caring about the fact our loonie is at parity with the US
dollar. To apply for the Nexus you can choose to pay by credit card.
In doing so you will be charged $80 CDN. If you are a US resident
paying by credit card you will be charged $80 CDN. The only way you
don't have to pay the $80 CDN for a Canadian or American is to buy/spend
$7 for an international money order.
When is our government going to lead by example?
