If you want to sell in Canada, you have to offer the same price as you do everywhere else. Would be much more simple just to drop the RIV and drop the daytime luminosity thing. US has daytime lights, just not as bright as Canada, bet the dealer associations slide that one in. Maybe let a Carmax setup shop in Toronto and Vancouver selling US vehicles.

Study the RIV site well everything you need is in there somewhere.
